My collage was accepted into the Newberry Library Annual Calligraphy Show in Chicago that will run from March 15-May 28!

Our "Rotating Kitchen" Event

Mandy's idea went well last night. She wanted to gather a group of friends to cook together and our house was the first. I think after seeing the movie about Julia Childs she got this idea and she's always wanted to experiment more with recipes. Her friends, Krystal and her two year old, Elizabeth, Karen and Mom, Barb, Mandy and I cooked Oven Roasted Chicken Breasts, Almond Green Beans with Ameretto, and Blueberry Walnut Salad. In two weeks we'll meet at another home!

Arrived at our hotel in Carlsbad. It was great that all five of us could take the week off to go see Mike, Vicky, Nadan, 9, and Connor, 4. The next photos are of Nadan and then the whole family!

Paste Paper Workshop

Oh boy, I forgot to take one picture at the class at the Center today!! Had eight attending, mostly from the collage class. They enjoyed the process and made some wonderful papers!
